In 1991, I migrated to the U.S. after finishing my high school in India. Bay Area has been my home since then.  I began my education at Evergreen Valley Community College and then transferred to the University of the Pacific (UOP) for the doctor of pharmacy program.  Simultaneously, I was pursuing my B.S. Chemistry at San Jose State University.  After finishing my college, I successfully started a couple of companies and ran it for a few years.  

I always enjoy meeting people, networking, making friends, and helping them.  To use my free time efficiently, I decided to obtain a real estate license.  Immediately, I realized that helping people buy and sell homes is exhilarating. Very soon, it translated into my passion. My goal is to be your realtor for life.  I value your trust and only want to do what is best for you.  I want to be the ultimate resource for any of your real estate related questions – contractors, upgrades, investments, market conditions, trends, real estate laws, 1031 exchange, buying, selling, etc.

My past experience in starting and running businesses, management, communicating with executives, and negotiations has enabled me to provide the highest level of service to my clients.

FOR BUYERS: writing offers creatively, figuring out the winning number, convincing the listing agent that you are the best buyers, using my credibility to beat the competition, and get you the house – without writing many offers. 

FOR SELLERS: Preparing the house to make it market ready keeping the best ROI in mind, presenting your home in the best condition, strategically marketing your home online and off-line to get the highest exposure, answering buyers and their agent’s questions in such a way to increase the selling price.

I am an outdoor person.  I love watching sports, playing cricket, walking, hiking, photography, traveling, and meeting friends.  I am a foodie, and always exploring different restaurants and cuisines.
